After years of finding contradictory information on health and healing Sarah found a natural and integrated approach to achieving vibrant health that makes sense.
Sarah Ryan studied with The College of Natural Nutrition in London. She was also a senior product advisor for Holland & Barrett Health Stores in York and Guildford, UK. She gained practical experience through consulting clients at the local Health shop in Sheffield, UK, of which she was also manager, before returning to South Africa to work at The Heiner Lotze Wellness Centre in Tokai, Cape Town.
Sarah specializes in Bio-Resonance Diagnostics and Bio-Energetic Therapies and has participated in numerous seminars on Natural Treatments to heal the body from uncomfortable ailments that limit our enjoyment of life, without negative side effects. Sarah is qualified to address imbalances such as hormonal irregularities, infertility, digestive problems, allergies and many other ailments that prevent wellbeing.
As a trained doula, she has an understanding of natural childbirth, as well as mother, baby and children’s health and nutrition. Sarah promotes preparing the body to conceive a healthy child and can support you with pre-conceptual care as well as natural fertility treatments if necessary.
She studied herbal therapies, flower essence application and vibrational medicine and is a member of the Bio-Energetic Medicine Institute of South Africa.
