I’ve been practicing remedial massage and energetic healing for about twenty years, and I’m now based in Cape Town. I draw on Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Life Alignment Technique,\u00a0and various other modalities in my treatments. \u00a0I work deeply, but never forcefully, and rely on the client’s\u00a0feedback and my hands to feel what needs to be done.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My passion is helping people to become free of pain. I used a wide variety of massage techniques (Aromatherapy, Tui Na, Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage, Hot stones. Each treatment is different, as each person\u2019s body has different areas of tension, discomfort and congestion.<\/span><\/p>\n

I also offer Life Alignment, which is a form of spiritual healing. The beauty of Life Alignment is that it enables you to experience the process of healing yourself. This ensures that shifts in the energy field are permanent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reiki is fantastic for acute problems. For example, if you have an infection, or need a quick fix for a headache, Reiki works on the energy field and the problem is sorted out fairly quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, if you suffer from chronic infections, and if these infections are an expression of unresolved emotions, old traumas and thought patterns, then Life Alignment is far better. Reiki will sort out the infection this week, but it is sure to recur, unless you tackle the root cause \u2013 which may lie in early childhood experiences or even in a past life.<\/span><\/p>\n
